The appartment had a lot of space! With 8 people it was very Nice! The bedrooms were great and the beds are very good! The apartment was very clean. A tip: It was a little bit noisy sturing our stay, because at 12.00pm They are doing a renovation in a appartement of store below. So we didnt sleep very well. And we are missing some cleaning stuff: a tea towel, hand sweeper and dustpan, broom. to clean the apartment in between. otherwise we have a nice stay!

Four to Five Stars The apartment is centrally located in the old town of Valencia, with spacious living areas and inviting furnishings. The bedrooms vary in size, and there some visible wear and tear on the materials. Overall well managed and maintained apartment. One Star: The elevator is designed for a maximum of 4 people, and those who choose to use the stairs should be prepared for over 70 steps. Unfortunately, almost all the lights in the stairwell were broken, making it pitch dark without mobile lighting. What greatly angered me was the handling of the security deposit. I handed over €500 in cash to Ilaria and subsequently signed the contract. She even crossed out the deposit amount in the contract. However, Ilaria did not show up on Sunday during check-out, and we had to catch our flight. Suddenly, nobody knows anything about the deposit, and the money was never returned to me. Managerin handled the situation very poorly, which was most disappointing to me.
