Los Jardines is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00

But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this Scandinavian-styled and modern apartment in the heart of Nueva Andalucía with walking distance to Puerto Banus !The three bedroom apartment features a big terrace with plenty of space with nice outdoor furnitures and a jacuzzi. With your own backyard terrace you can easily relax in private, but you can also choose to take a nice swim in the community [hidden] apartment has a spacious open kitchen, fully equipped and connected with the living room. The living room has flatscreen smart TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table and access directly to the terrace. The bedrooms are modern, bright and with an elegant style. All bedrooms have a double bed, the master bedroom has walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. Both of the other rooms are bright and with closets.This property is located in Los Jardines de Andalucia in the lower part of Nueva Andalucía where you easy walk to everything around restaurants, shops, pharmacy. Puerto Banus centre and its beach is only 15 min walk away. You will also have close to activities in the area like tennis, paddle, sports gym.



Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi is closed and not in use from first of June to first of September.

Pool: Seasonal opening for the pool area is from 1 of June to 15 of september. Opening hours for the pool area in this community is between 10:00-20:00.

Check-in after 21.00 will be organized as a self check-in.
