Azahara is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00

But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this light and spacious contemporary apartment with open plan kitchen/living room in the heart of Nueva Andalucia golf valley, in the popular complex of Azahara 1. The apartment is a ground floor with a raised covered terrace, frontline Aloha golf and wonderful open views of the famous mountain La Concha, the sea and the golf. With its southeast orientation you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. Both the bedrooms have double beds and fitted wardrobes and there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The apartment is fully fitted and equipped with everything needed for a holiday stay. It has a central air conditioning system and Wifi as well as smart TV for streaming. Guests have access to a large communal saltwater pool that is also child friendly and covered parking. Restaurants and other amenities are only a few minutes walking distance away, however the nearest beach of Puerto Banus, or it centrum is a 5-6 minute drive from this apartment by car. There is a bus stop right outside on the street that goes down to Puerto Banus.
