surroundings and the Montgo mountain. This house as a great naya, covered
terrace, with beautiful arches and view on the garden with private pool.

Inside its completely on one level and there are, besides the living area,
kitchen and two bathrooms, three spacious bedrooms with each a double bed and
one bedroom with a single bed and an underbed, all bedrooms have air
conditioning. A perfect holiday home for a family or two families with children.

This holiday house is located in a tranquil location, in the morning you can
hear the birds sing, though it's not far away from the town of Javea, about 5
minutes drive by car. The nearest (pebble) beach is at the port at about 10
minutes and the Arenal sandy beach with boulevard is more or less 10-12 minutes
by car.
