Description of the accommodation

AT090 Can Lola: Semi-detached house with 3 floors and 4 bedrooms, just 230m from La Paella beach. The house has on the ground floor a well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), a toilet and a living-dining room with access to a large terrace with an awning and garden furniture to enjoy outdoor meals with the possibility of barbecue. In the garden there is a shower available to tenants. From the ground floor, a staircase leads to the private garage under the house. On the first floor there are 3 of the bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with a single bed and a trundle bed) and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. Going up to the second floor we find the fourth bedroom with the double bed with its private terrace and another complete bathroom with a bathtub. The house is very well equipped and has air conditioning units in the living room and in 2 of the double bedrooms. This house has a perfect location since it is 250m from the beach and the promenade with its restaurants facing the sea, and the commercial and historical center of the town can be reached on foot in 5/10 min. The nearest supermarket (open from June to September) is 200m away. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted..
