Description of the accommodation

This large town house is situated very close to Tamariu sandy beach, approximately 250 meters from the promenade where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful coves on the Costa Brava. The house consists of three levels: On the main floor we find the entrance hall that leads to a spacious and charming living room with different spaces to relax with the family, one of them is acozy area with a fireplace. This living room leads to a huge terrace where we can enjoy pleasant meals in the fresh air. Spacious independent and fully equipped kitchen has a large dining table. There is also an access from the kitchen to the terrace of this beautiful property. On the first floor there is a night area that consists of a triple room with built-in wardrobes and access to a balcony, two double rooms with access to the same balcony, another double room and finally two complete bathrooms with showers. On the ground floor we have abig garage in which there is a multifunctional area, the laundry area and also a bathroom with 2 large showers. Going out from the garage we enter animmense patio that leads to the exterior portal of the property. Air conditioning Capacity: 9 people

positive comment: excellent outdoor facilities and vibes but interior a bit tired and dated (and hot without air con) The location is superb. Completely private. Makes the villa special. Excellent swimming pool and outdoor terrace. The agency who run the villa are really responsive and efficient negative comment: the interior furnishings are really basic including the beds. They are old fashioned, almost camp bed-type bases with mattresses. They were very squeaky and we felt they should be upgraded. The lack of wifi was a bonus but the absence of air con means you need to think carefully about this in high summer. There is a fan for each room but not one for the main room meaning we were constantly moving the fans around. We felt a couple of portable A/C units would really enhance the stay
