Cozy villa with private swimming pool and garden situated in a quiet area 6km from the beautiful and peaceful beach of Llafranc. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! Pleasant outdoor area with private swimming pool (8,2 x 3,6m), garden and parking. Large living/dining room with tv and access to a terrace where you can enjoy nice meals in the sun. There are also a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 bedroom with one double bed (135 x 190cm), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each (90 x 190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower outside the house. Youth people not allowed. Pets allowed only on request and with supplement.

Ideal house for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Dépendance de niveau moyen avec un niveau d'équipement intérieur limité.. Point positif: La qualité du ménage à l'arrivé, présence de la wifi, la piscine et ses abords (même si les propriétaires ont une vue sur ce que vous faites...) Point négatif: pensez a ramener vos bols, sèche cheveux et surtout draps et serviettes car rien n'est fourni, odeur insupportable de renfermé dans certains compartiment des meubles de cuisine, présence de fourmi dans la maison, a noté la présence de 2 ventilateurs car gros point noir, l'absence de climatisation, nous qui avons loué 2 semaines en plein mois de juillet la chaleur a l'intérieur était étouffante! En résumé moi qui a l'habitude de loué des maisons en période estivale, celle ci vous apportera le minimum, correct mais largement en dessous de ce à quoi on aurait droit surtout a ce prix.
