The apartment is located in the residential SOL PINS, in a quiet place, surrounded by trees and just 700 meters away from the beach of Tamariu. The residential has abeautiful swimming pool and garden. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a doble bed 150 and another one with two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave; an utility room with washing machine, a bathroom and living-dining room with a sofa bed and an acces to a large and sunny terrace overlooking the woods. Lift Parking place. WIFI Air conditioning and heating system with supply of 30€/week Capacity: 4-6 people 80€ SUPPLEMENT FOR CLEANING FOR STAYS LESS THAN 1 WEEK. MINIMUM STAY OF 3 NIGHTS. THIS SUPPLEMENT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

positive comment: L’appartement était plutôt bien équipé toutefois le lit du salon n’est vraiment pas adapté sans matelas supplémentaires le logement est réservé à 4 personnes et non 6. Le changement de lit dans le salon paraît indispensable… pour qu’il y ai un vrai matelas sur lequel passer 15 jours convenablement. negative comment:
