Fantastic villa with private swimming pool located in the urbanization of Aigua Gelida in a privileged and quiet place surrounded by nature,just 1 km away from the beach of Tamariu. Enjoy the wonderful swimming pool in the garden with lawn , where you can freshen up and sunbathe in complete privacy. The house is distributed on two floors: The ground floor has a very bright and comfortable living room with TV, which has direct access to the terrace, garden and pool area; modern fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave) and exit to the terrace. On the same floor there is a double bedroom en suite (with bathroom with shower), a guest bathroom and laundry area. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with a a shared bathroom and a bedroom en suite with a big terrace. Garage for 2 cars available July and August 150 Euros/week supplement for air conditioning Capacity: 8 People

positive comment: Tres jolie villa avec des matériaux qualitatifs serviettes et linge de lit impeccables. Très propre et bonne réactivité de l.agence. negative comment: La piscine aurait eu besoin d un gros nettoyage mais nous avons pu nous en servir quand meme . Une équipe de maintenance est venue pour l arranger durant notre séjour. Transats à remplacer car la toile bleue déteint . Cafetière à remplacer aussi. Quelques couverts en plus auraient été bienvenus . Pas grand chose de negatif en quelque sorte !!

positive comment: Nos hemos alojado 3 parejas de amigos. Hemos estado super cómodos, cada pareja con su habitación y su baño. La ubicación es muy buena. 15 min hasta la playa de tamariú. La casa muy linda, comoda, limpia y preparada con todo lo que necesitáis para unas vacaciones. La piscina es grande, con tumbonas para todos, un pequeño parque con lindas vistas y sobretodo, mucha tranquilidad y silencio. Lavavajillas, lavarropas, televisores en cada habitación. Genial! Recomiendo y volvería. negative comment:
