Nice apartment with a wonderful terrace and a splendid sea view, just 30 meters from the beautiful beach of Tamariu. Enjoy a fantastic vacation at the beach with your family or friends! The apartment has a bright comfortable living room with direct access to the splendid terrace, where you will enjoy a beautiful sea [hidden] not miss the sunrise while having breakfast on the terrace and enjoy a relaxing drink after dinner looking at the moon reflected on the sea. Next to the living room you will find the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom for three people with a single bed and a bunk bed. Bathroom with a tub. WIFI and hot and cold air conditioning. Capacity: 4/6 people. [hidden] 80€ SUPPLEMENT FOR CLEANING FOR STAYS LESS THAN 1 WEEK. MINIMUM STAY OF 3 NIGHTS. THIS SUPPLEMENT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

positive comment: Wir waren im Herbst da, die Lage ist sehr praktisch für Familien mit Kindern. Man hat Sicht zum Strand und kann die Terrasse gut zum Essen nutzen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll mediterran, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet zum Kochen. Es gibt zwei Schlüssel für die Wohnung, die Übergabe per Schlüsselsafe ist sehr gut gelöst. Wir kommen gerne wieder. negative comment: Es fehlt eine Willkommensinfo mit den nötigsten Angaben für Arzt, Müllentsorgung etc. Die Matratzen müssen dringend erneuert werden, leider haben wir sehr schlecht geschlafen. Mülltrennungsboxen wären gut, ein Hinweis wo die nächsten Mülltonnen sind wäre ebenfalls praktisch. Die Kommunikation und Kautionszahlung sollte nur über die Booking.com Plattform laufen, da der Mieter durch separate Zahlungsaufforderungen per mail nur verwirrt wird und die Echtheit zweifelhaft ist (Hacker, Spam).
