Thanks to its privileged orientation towards the south, the house is bathed in sunshine all day long. From the living room, there is direct access to the garden, with a lawn and a fantastic terrace offering an outside dining area and summer lounge, situated just above the swimming pool. On this same floor there is a beautiful suite-type bedroom, with a double bed, separate walk in dressing room, private bathroom with bathtub and television.
