ensuring you only pay for the services you actually need. Our basic rental rate
includes everything necessary for you to enjoy an excellent stay. However, if
you wish to add additional services, here are the extra costs for each of them:

1. Payment by Visa card: 3% commission fee.
2. Payment by bank transfer: No additional costs or fees.
3. The assistance service can be booked with either payment method.

4. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays of up to one week: Final cleaning cost at the end of the stay: €350.
- Stays of two weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 hours by 2 people) at a cost of
€80. Final comprehensive cleaning at the end of the second week: €350.
- Stays of one month: Three mid-stay cleanings, one in the middle of each
week, each costing €80. Final comprehensive cleaning at the end of the last
week: €350.

5. Tourist Tax: €1/adult/day for the first 7 days.

6. Expense Provision:
- €800/month for water, electricity, and gas, based on actual consumption.
- In low season, from October to April, for weekly stays: €250/month for
water, electricity, and gas, based on actual consumption.

7. Late Check-In:
- From 20:00 to 24:00: €45 supplement.
- From 24:00 onwards: €70 supplement.

8. Supplement of €30/person/day for groups of 10 or more.

9. The security deposit is €1000.
