Description of the accommodation

Important Aspects Related to Payments and Fees:

1. Payment Methods:
- Payment can be made with a Visa card, with a 3% commission fee.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer.
- The assistance service can be contracted with either payment method.

2. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays of up to one week: Cleaning cost of 400 € at the end of the stay.
- Stays of two weeks: Mid-stay cleaning of 2 hours performed by 2 people,
costing 80 €, and a complete final cleaning at the end of the second week,
costing 400 €.
- Stays of one month: Three mid-stay cleanings (one at the end of each week),
each costing 80 €, and a complete final cleaning at the end of the last week,
costing 400 €.

3. Tourist Tax: 1 € per adult/day for the first 7 days.

4. During low season:
- 800 € for water, electricity, and gas based on actual consumption.
- Heating supplement of 300 € per week.

5. Late Check-in (from 20:00 to 24:00): Supplement of 45 €.

6. Late Check-in (after midnight): Additional supplement of 70 €.

7. Supplement of 250 € for short stays that include New Year’s Eve.

8. Security deposit of 2000 €, to be refunded 7 days after check-out.

9. It is recommended to book stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a duration
of 3 to 7 days. If you wish to book a week starting on other days, please feel
free to contact us to confirm rates and availability.
