ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental
rate includes everything necessary for a great stay. However, if you wish to
add extra services, here are the additional costs:

1. Payment Methods:
- You can pay by credit card (with a 3% surcharge) or by bank transfer (no
additional costs).
- Both options allow you to purchase Assistance Service, which includes
customer support and assistance during your stay.

2. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays of up to one week: The cost for final cleaning is €250.
- Stays of two weeks: Includes a 2-hour mid-stay cleaning by 2 people, costing
€80, and a final complete cleaning at the end of the second week for €250.
- Stays of three weeks: Includes two mid-stay cleanings (one at the midpoint
of the first week and another at the midpoint of the second week), each costing
€80, and a final complete cleaning at the end of the third week for €250.
- Stays of one month: Includes three mid-stay cleanings at the end of each
week, each costing €80, and a final complete cleaning at the end of the month
for €350.

3. Tourist Tax:
- €1 per adult (18 years and older) per day, applicable during the first 7
days.

4. Off-Season Supplements (October to March):
- For stays of one month, an additional €800 per month will be charged for
water, electricity, and gas, based on actual consumption.
- For stays of one week or less, an additional €300 per week will be charged
for heating/electricity/gas.

5. Short Weekend Stays:
- Depending on the season, a supplement may apply.

6. Late Arrival:
- Between 8:00 PM and midnight: Supplement of €45.
- After midnight: Supplement of €70.

7. Deposit:
- The deposit is €1000.
