Garbage:Please do notleave garbage in the apartment when you leave.

Take care of the apartment:Do not leave dirty kitchenware. Please return the apartment in the same conditionas you found it.

Loss or non-return of keys will result in a charge deducted from the deposit.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the total stay as a penaltyor immediate expulsionfrom the accommodation.
