Description

It is a luxury loft with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom is on the top floor with a double bed, wardrobe and space for an extra bed or cot. The second bedroom is on the ground floor with two beds and a built-in wardrobe. The living room is also on the ground floor with a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is spacious and has all the necessary appliances, including a Nesspreso coffee machine and a wine fridge. The loft is equipped with fiber Wifi, air conditioning, library, heated towel rails, hair dryer and TV. The location is ideal, in the outer area of the historic center, close to the main monuments of the city and with easy access to public transport, parking, supermarkets and pharmacies.

Parking in the area is possible, but not easy, since the blue zone has been implemented in the streets of the neighborhood, which is not compatible with visits to the city. For this reason, for those of you who come to Seville by car, we have a parking space available in a parking lot close to a 2-minute walk from the apartment. This car park is underground. It is the closest parking we can offer.

We usually recommend to our guests that they do not rent a car upon arrival in the city, as they will not need it, since the monumental area is within walking distance from the apartment.

Services and common areasIt is a fully equipped loft for 6 people with unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating throughout the space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and the bathroom has a large shower and hairdryer. The apartment is located near the Mercado Puerta de la Carne, supermarkets and tapas bars and restaurants. It is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Children are welcome and a cot and baby bath are provided free of charge. Some basic kitchen and bathroom items are also provided.

Other notable aspectsTo comply with the tax and regulatory obligations of Andalusia, and to guarantee the rights of the guests, a rental contract will be signed that will detail the conditions of the stay, including the price, the hours of entry and exit, the days of the stay , cancellation conditions, etc. This contract is based on the rules of the house and other specifications included in the announcement and is also based on the tourist regulations of Andalusia. If you would like to view the contract prior to your arrival, please request it and a copy will be emailed to you. Parking Conditions

The parking we have available for our guests is located 2 minutes walking from the apartment. The parking entrance is on Calle Bartolomé de Medina. It is a private parking lot, so it is safe and comfortable. Parking is available to our guests FREE of charge. If you finally decide not to park the car for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund of any amount or reduction in the price of the accommodation.

Very nice apartment with just the right amenities for us. As elsewhere described, it is a loft, so suitable for families, maybe not for groups. Also, very busy neighborhood, so hard to park for move in (at move out we should have taken everything to garage instead of looking for parking). Parking is close by and indeed 2 min walk (but the whole process of getting in and out of the garage may make it closer to 10 min). Close to downtown. We loved the location. Online check in was a bit of a hassle and youtube instruction videos were essential to use the garage.

Nacho's loft apartment provided an overall positive experience characterised by effective communication, user-friendly check-in procedures & accommodating flexibility from both the host & agency. Clear instructions were given ahead of check-in. The host demonstrated flexibility with early check-in & additional furniture arrangements for remote work.While generally clean, discrepancies in furniture compared to Airbnb photos were noted such as the absence of stairs's sofa & armchair. Maintenance issues including a noisy A/C unit, shower drainage & ants around the sofa were identified with assurances from the agency for prompt resolution.The apartment can get cold in colder seasons but the A/C units effectively warmed the space. However, the main bedroom's location above the building's entrance led to audible disturbances from people below, particularly at night.Despite minor hiccups the overall experience was enjoyable with convenient access to amenities & city activities.

Nacho's apartment is spacious, and away from the main road, so it is quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of lively cafes nearby for breakfast, and it is only a short walk to the nearby parks, or into the centre of Seville. The apartment was warm, and the couches were comfortable for working, or reading and relaxing.
