The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa and a flat screen TV so you can relax after a day of sightseeing in the city.

The flat is located in the heart of the Triana district, a neighbourhood known for its tapas bars, restaurants, pottery shops and flamenco shows. You will be just a few minutes' walk from the Guadalquivir River and the Triana Bridge, from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the city.

Ideally located with a rooftop terrace view across the Guadalquivir to Seville Cathedral. The Triana area has everything you need locally coffee shops, bars restaurants and you are right next to the Triana market. The apartment is on two levels with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. There is a small but well equipped kitchen. The living area is light and airy. It is was a great spot for a Christmas break for two friends

Muy buen alojamiento en el barrio de Triana. Muy cómodo para visitar Sevilla sin necesidad de utilizar el coche, se puede llegar dando un paseo a los principales sitios turísticos. Alojamiento moderno con una terraza espectacular con vistas al río y a la catedral. No hemos echado nada en falta. El acceso mediante contraseña es muy cómodo y funciona perfectamente. El check in demasiado tarde y el check out demasiado pronto, pero ya lo sabíamos, así que no hay queja. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido buena, aunque bastante impersonal, no estoy seguro de si he hablado con un humano o una máquina. Afortunadamente, no he tenido que hacer ninguna consulta compleja al anfitrión. Repetiría y lo recomiendo.

Fabulous place, exactly as pictured. We had a great time in this lovely apartment. It is in an amazing location making it very walkable to pretty much everywhere is Seville. Having Triana market so close was fantastic; we visited it often. The cheesecake shop on the corner was rather dangerous as we had to stop ourselves getting a delicious slice of cheesecake every time we walked by it! Garcia-Mier responded to any queries promptly and gave us some great recommendations, especially on the restaurant front. I would happily stay here again if I come back to Seville

After a hectic check in , everything was great. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, two couples preferably. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a Fabulous terrace. Very clean place. The bedrooms are small with full size beds( not queen). The bathroom downstairs does not have a door, which might be an issue for some people. The team that runs the place is always available. Every morning you will get a text from them with suggestions to what to do around Seville. Best recommendations on restaurants and places to visit! Five big stars for that!!!!! The terrace is Amazing. Overall a good stay. Thank you

This is a wonderful apartment which is in a brilliant location in Triana, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the rooftop terrace was fabulous! Eva was a great host, sending us lots of really good recommendations and was super helpful in organising a taxi to and from the airport. We definitely hope to return and will 100% recommend to family and friends!
