Description of the accommodation

This is a fantastic flat located in Setúbal, relatively close to the tourist centre. Ideal for a couple or a family who want to enjoy the wonderful mild climate of Setúbal.

It features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and Internet. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively, you can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and enjoy Portuguese or international specialities. Fully equipped, the flat features bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) and heating (winter).

1) Check-in takes place at the flat from 15:00.

2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.



Please note that check-ins between:

7 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged

10 pm - 03 am : a late check-in fee of 50€ will be charged



At the time of check-out, guests must leave the flat relatively clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount as the booking.

L’appartement se situe dans un quartier catastrophique, impossible de se reposer car voisinage très bruyant, j’ai choisi cet appartement avec un tarif élevé pensant être au calme ce qui n’est pas le cas bien au contraire voisins très agressifs quand on leur dit d’arrêter de crier ou de frapper à notre fenêtre, j’ai 51 ans je suis venu me reposer avec mon épouse pensant être au calme et passer un bon séjour. D’autre part je ne comprends pas que ça ne soit pas spécifié dans le descriptif vu les avis des autres clients qui disent la même chose. Je pensais faire confiance à AIRB&B je n’ai pas lu les avis des autres clients sinon je ne serais jamais venu dans cet appartement. Le propriétaire est incorrect car nous avons essayé de le contacter plusieurs fois mais il ne répond jamais.- Lorsqu’il pleut, l’eau rentre sous la porte d’entrée. - Les casseroles fournies ne sont pas compatibles avec la plaque de cuisson à induction.- Le ménage n’a jamais été fait en 15 jours. Je demande un re

Wir haben die Wohnung für 8 Tage gebucht, mussten sie aber nach 4 Tagen verlassen und eine andere Wohnung mieten, da es dort wegen des ständigen Lärms unmöglich war, zu wohnen. Die Nachbarn sind sehr laut, ständiges Schreien, spielende oder weinende Kinder und wilde Partys bis 03 Uhr nachts. Wir mussten die Fenster und Fensterläden ständig geschlossen halten, was aber wenig geholfen hat. Der Gastgeber hat immer erst am nächsten Abend auf meine Nachrichten reagiert und hat nur geantwortet, dass er nichts dafür hat, was draußen passiert. Ich kann diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.
