Description of the accommodation

Can Joan is a beautiful and comfortable holiday home located in Cala Santanyi, just 700m from the beach.

The house is fully equipped with all the comforts. Our guests will be able to enjoy a large and well-maintained swimming pool, a shaded terrace with a summer dining room and a beautiful garden. We have a couple of bicycles available to our guests for their use. The house is built high up, on pillars, so all the rooms are located on the first floor.

The house has air conditioning and heating to guarantee comfort throughout the year.

We can accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably. For larger families, we have a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 extra child. Cot and high chair at no extra cost. In total, there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, both with showers. High speed internet, wifi throughout the property and satellite TV.

Cala Santanyí has a regular bus line that connects the house with the nearest beaches, so access is easy.Pets welcome on request.Reservations from young people under 21 years of age will not be accepted.Please note that parties/celebrations are not allowed in the house

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.Die Betten könnten etwas bequemer sein, aber ansonsten ist das Ferienhaus gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, die Gastgeberin war gut zu erreichen und hat sich bei Problemen schnell gekümmert.

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Pool und Garten. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, in 20 Minuten erreicht man das Meer zu Fuss. Einzig die Küchenausstattung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok.Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Hermosa casa a 20 min caminando de cala Santanyi . Si tengo que decir que extraño el airbnb que era directo con el dueño de la casa. Este host es una empresa que es grande y el trato no es personalizado. La comunicación no fue la mejor ya que tardaban en dar respuestas y siempre fue con distintas personas.
