Ca na Beu is a wonderful finca built in the traditional Majorcan style, located 4km from the town of Santanyi and just 44km from Palma airport. The property consists of a beautiful house of 250m2 and a total of 15,000m2 of private land, distributed in beautiful garden areas and large paved terraces that will delight the little ones in the family. The pool area is spacious and sunny and has hammocks for all guests. The pool measures 50m2 and has stairs for comfortable and safe access. The pleasant living room with an integrated kitchen has been recently renovated and enjoys direct access to the pool area.
The vacation residence has air conditioning and heating in all rooms and offers a total of 4 double rooms and 3 full bathrooms, distributed as follows:On the ground floor we find 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. on the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms (1 of them with a double bed and a cot and the others with 2 single beds each) and a complete bathroom with a shower. The third bathroom is exterior and it is discretelly located on a side of the house.
The picturesque town of Santanyi, located just 4km from the house, has all the services: several supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Impressive beaches such as Cala Mondragó, located in a natural park, or Cala llombards are only about 15 minutes away by car.
Travelling with a little one? No problem! A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge, upon request.
