It is located in an idyllic setting on a cul-de-sac and has easy access to the main coves and beaches of the Costa Brava.

When we enter the property the first thing we see is the pool area with a terrace ideal for sunbathing or having lunch under the shade of the pine tree. When we pass the front door of the house we find a large room with dining room, living room and large openings with views of the Sant Feliu de Guíxols valley and the sea. On the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a room with two single beds and a bathroom. Going upstairs we have 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds and one of them with a single bed. There is also a bathroom and a toilet. From these rooms you can access a large terrace / solarium from where you can enjoy the aforementioned views. This terrace also has access to the pool. There is air conditioning in all rooms, not so in the dining room.

The house has a terrace with table and chairs, swimming pool, deckchairs, outdoor kitchen, chill-out area, umbrella and garden area. The house is complemented by a wide list of additional services and amenities:
