Mooi appartement wel gedateerd en erg vochtig binnen. Prachtig terras. Mooi zwembad en prima ligplaatsen. Zeer luidruchtig bovenbuurvrouw. Boulevard Sant Feliu de Guixols op loopafstand. Gezellig plaats, mooi strand en voldoende eettentjes en winkels.

Appartement offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer, résidence sécurisée plutôt calme. Logement spacieux, seul bémol : le problème d' humidité omniprésent rendant notamment les placards inutilisables .Le propriétaire met toutefois un déshumidificateur à disposition, personnellement, nous avons préféré aérer le plus souvent...St Feliu est à une quinzaine de mns à pieds. Le parc et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et appréciables.
