To reserve this property we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest to be 29 years or older and to accept all house rules.Castiglione is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes at any time and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00



But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this bright and spacious penthouse that is located in a complex front line beach with direct access out to the beach and with easy walking distance to everything!The boardwalk promenade are just right outside and the nearest supermarket is a few minutes walk as well as restaurants that you find around the corner. San Pedro center is just 10 walk away and Puerto Banus is within 10 minutes in car from the apartment.

The beach promenade of San Pedro offer as well a large selection of restaurants and there are several of play areas for [hidden] apartment itself its modern and completely decorated to a very high Scandinavian standard. It is spread out over 2 floors and the big roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and Jacuzzi

Guests also have access to the communal pool with sun lounges and parasols provided within the [hidden] this property the maintenance Antonio enters twice a week to water plants on the terraces. He will enter the property with his own key and pass to the terrace. This service is mandatory when staying in our property.



Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi is closed and not in use from first of June to first of September.

Check-in after 21.00 will be organized as a self check-in.
