2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets and bath towels (not beach towels).
3º. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 9:00 to 20:00)
Check-in time: from 16:00 (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00).
Check-out time: no later than 11:00
4º. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it when you leave. The kitchen must be left in its place, dishes washed and no rubbish.
5º. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbours.
6º. It is necessary to present the identity documentation of all guests and sign the contract.
7º. Tourist tax: €1 per person, per night and adult (only the first 7 nights are paid).
8º. WIFI is FREE.
