Accommodation

The apartment consists of 2 rooms:

- 1 room with two single beds.

- Living room with double sofa bed, table, chairs and 50' television

- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, oven and all kitchen utensils.

- Magnificent terrace where you can enjoy your lunch, dinner or dinner with beautiful views.

The Santa Elena building, located next to Playa dels Capellans, offers an ideal location in terms of services and distance to the town centre.

The apartment is elegantly decorated and features a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished terrace and a bathroom. In addition, TV is included. Salou Train Station is 2 km away, while Port Aventura Theme Park is 10 minutes away.

It is a quiet building where groups of friends will not be accepted due to the tranquility of both the area and the rest of the neighbors.

1st. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towels supplement €4/person.

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 5:00 [hidden] to 8:00 [hidden]

Check-in time to the apartment: from 17:00 (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00). Check-in before 17:00 may incur a surcharge.

Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8º The tourist tax (€1 PERSON AND DAY) will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.

Wi-Fi is optional and must be requested when you make the reservation (€5 per day) since there are certain terminals, so it will depend on their availability.
