Appartement agréable et bien situé

Appartement bien situé, vue agréable sur l'Untxin, calme, proche de la plage de Socoa. Literie de bonne qualité. Le balcon est agréable, orienté ouest, mais avec le soleil et la chaleur, un store ou un grand parasol serait le bienvenu. Au vu du prix, un effort sur le renouvellement de la vaisselle serait souhaitable : prendre son petit déjeuner dans des bols ébréchés n'est pas des plus plaisants.
