The house
You’ll be welcomed into the house through the private front door up into a light and spacious entrance with a glass ceiling that leads up to the spacious rooftop terrace.
Microcement floors throughout the house create a homogenous space that gives a feeling of modern luxury and high quality.
Open-plan kitchen and living area
Walk through the glass doors into the bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room.
Marble countertops and oak woodwork with brand new appliances and all the kitchen equipment you could possibly need to make home-cooked meals. In the kitchen you will find:

There are light-blocking blinds on the windows, which open up to ocean views. There are built-in wardrobes to store your personal things and desk space – ideal for remote working.
En-suite bathroom
A modern and seamless micro cement en-suite with a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink with views of the ocean.
Twin bedroom
Twin beds (90 cm x 200cm) with a bedside table and built-in wardrobe.
Light-blocking blinds, brand-new thick mattresses and 100% cotton linen for the deepest of sleep.
You’ll find another desk in the twin bedroom making this house a great choice for remote workers, entrepreneurs and creatives.

Check-in / check-out
Our check-in time starts at 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. To make things more convenient for you, we will provide you with a code to the lockbox so you can retrieve the keys and check yourself in any time after 4 pm.
Online check-in before arrival
As per the current vacation rental decree (Spanish law), we kindly ask all guests over the age of 18 to submit their IDs before arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Towels, linen and professional cleaning
We take pride in ensuring that our house is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.
We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.
We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one beach towel, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.
Mid-stay cleaning
If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.
Parking
Private garage parking is available next to the property for your convenience.
Families
We warmly welcome families traveling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €30 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Remote working
If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.
Pets
We accept small pets only on request. There is an additional charge of €50 per pet, per stay. Send us a message if you want to bring your pet.
The local area - El Porís de Abona
El Porís is a charming and laid-back coastal town boasting a picturesque black sand beach and natural swimming pool. The area is known for its award-winning wineries nestled in the surrounding mountains, amazing diving spots, and charming fishing town vibe.
Conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, there is a supermarket where you can stock up on essentials. You'll also find a few local spots in the village for a no-frills lunch or dinner. For a wider range of dining options, we recommend visiting the neighboring town of San Miguel de Tajao, renowned for its numerous excellent fish and seafood restaurants.
Nature lovers will be delighted to discover a climbing and bouldering area in the nearby mountains, as well as a surf school in the village. You can also explore the rugged coast by taking a leisurely walk along the footpath towards Abades, where you'll discover many coves, rock pools, and sandy beaches.
El Porís is ideally situated, just a 20-minute drive from Tenerife South Airport (Aeropuerto Reina Sofia) and the vibrant town of El Médano with its beachfront cafes, water sports, and weekly farmers markets.
With easy access to the beaches, nightlife, and shopping in the south, as well as the local culture, wild beaches, and gastronomic delights of the north of Tenerife, El Porís is the perfect base from which to explore the whole island.

I really enjoyed my time in El Poris, the apartement was very stylish and spacious. I loved the roof top and was perfect for my workout and yoga sessions. The kitchen was overall extremely well equipped with a Mocca Machine, Toaster, Orange juicer (which is very rare to find in airbnb). Every details was well thought through and the minimalistic design in general is something i appreciate a lot. All the basics to start up a vacation were provided, such as washing detergent, dish washer taps, cleaning tools etc. Also available oil, all kind of seasonings, coffee and tee. The bed is very comfortable and overall blessed with beautiful day light from all sides. The fact that you have the whole space/house for yourself and that you can park your car right in front was something i appreciated too. A read a few comments about the noise from the gym below, but that did not bother me at all as the opening hours of the gym are very limited. I will definitely book this beautiful place again.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und weitläufig - alles wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist besonders schön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Lediglich das Geschirr und Besteck in der Küche waren zum Teil nicht ganz sauber. Unser Wlan hat zwischendurch nicht funktioniert. Hier lief die Kommunikation super und es wurde sich umgehend gekümmert. Als wir gebucht haben, wurde uns versichertet, dass das Gym zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr dort sein wird. Das war leider nicht der Fall, das Gym ist immer noch da. Aufgrund der schlechten Schallisolierung der Fenster konnten wir unter der Woche nicht länger als ca. 7.30 Uhr schlafen.

Great few days staying at José’s apartment. Just like the photos it is bright and well maintained with a great kitchen for preparing meals.We really enjoyed getting away from the tourist areas in Poris and our kids loved jumping into the sea. There are a couple of small cafe style restaurants but also easy to travel further afield if you wanted to. Supermarket just across the road or a larger one a short walk away so we had everything we needed.

The apartment internally was beautiful and just as described. Excellent decoration. High end hotel finish.Perfectly clear instructions with regard to the property and the garage. The roof terrace was lovely, however there are only 2 sun loungers and whilst there is a built in concrete sitting area this is not comfortable to relax on. The apartment suffers from quite a bit of road noise and as previous reviewers have mentioned the accommodation is directly above a gym so expect noise for a couple of hours from 7.30 and then again from 4.00. It is also on the opposite corner to a communal refuse area. Bin trucks come daily at 7.15 meaning an early wake up with their reversing beeps and noise from bin emptying. There is an underground parking space but unless you have a really tiny car it is very tight.It really is a beautiful accommodation just a pity about the noise disruption.The village is lovely with a couple of restaurants within a short stroll.
