Description of the accommodation

Beautiful and exclusive house in Son Felip, located in the vicinity of El Arenal, captivates for its fantastic outdoor area and Mallorca rural architecture. The charming holiday estate is decorated in warm and welcoming colors. Located a few minutes from the maritime area, close to several restaurants and bars, as well as supermarkets and various shops. It offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, has 4 bedrooms (one on the upper floor and the rest on the ground floor, kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms, large garden and a capacity for 8 people. Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV.

Outside you will find a fabulous porch and terrace furnished with a set of sofas and a dining table with chairs, a barbecue where you can prepare your meals and a fantastic pool area with sun loungers, as well as a large garden. Here you can receive the best antidote to the stresses of everyday life. It is ideal for families with children or group of friends. Free parking outside for several vehicles.

Right in front of the entrance of the farm there is a public bus stop to access the different places in the area.

The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.

Großzügige Finca abseits vom Trubel. Große Terrasse lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Viele Bäder, was positiv ist bei einem Gruppenurlaub. Sehr großes Privatgelände, wo man sonst niemanden stört. Ein Pfau lebt auf dem Gelände! Palma ist dennoch sehr schnell zu erreichen, zu Fuß möglich, besser und sicherer mit dem Auto, da es keinen wirklichen Fußweg zur Stadt gibt und man eine Autobahnabfahrt überqueren muss.Vermieter unkompliziert mobil erreichbar. Schnelle und freundliche Hilfe.

Sehr preiswerte Unterkunft mit 9 vollwertigen Betten. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Einziger Abzug gibt es weil auf dem Grundstück überall verteilt etwas Müll ist.

Wie in den vorangegangenen Kommentaren beschrieben, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Unterkunft gut! Meine Freunde und ich hatten eine schöne Zeit und vor allem der Pool und die große Terrasse sind super. Allerdings ist das Haus an einigen Stellen etwas heruntergekommen. Für unsere Zwecke hat es jedoch gereicht, sodass wir auch nochmal wieder kommen würden.

Die Abwicklung und der Aufenthalt waren einwandfrei, wir hatten keine Probleme und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Zustand der Anlage geht jedoch nicht mit den Erwartungen der Bilder einher. Insbesondere der Pool und die Innenräume wie Bäder und Küche sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Espacio ideal para viajar con familia numerosa o amigos dado que la villa se encuentra ubicada en una zona con pocos vecinos y dentro de un gran terreno. Por lo general, la villa está muy bien, aunque se nota algo descuidada. A mejorar, diría que falta una piscina a altura de la casa y dotarla de más accesorios, sobre todo en cocina. Por lo demás, la villa cumple con sus expectativas y el equipo que la gestiona es muy atento a cualquier reclamación.
