Fantastic house of 186 m² located in the best area of the magical beach of La
Fosca, right in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and with a
large terrace with views. Just entering, we find the first living room followed
by a corridor that connects to the five bedrooms; on the ground floor we find
the first with a single bed and a bathroom with shower, the second with a
double bed en suite, the third with two single beds and the last with another
double bed. In the corridor you will find the fourth complete bathroom with
shower followed by a large dining room with access to the large patio that has
a chill-out area. From the dining room we also have access to the main kitchen,
which is fully equipped and is connected to the laundry room. On the first
floor we find an outdoor terrace to enjoy family meals and which gives access
to a large living room with a fireplace, a second kitchen and another terrace
with deck chairs. On this same floor we find the last room, which has a double
bed with a complete bathroom with bathtub. Finally, on the second floor you
have a large space with magnificent views of the sea. This large house has a
