It consists of a lounge dining room with TV flat screen, an independent kitchen any outing, two rooms (one with a double bed 135cm and the other one with two single beds 90cm) and a bathroom with bathtub. You will also take advantage of a terrace of 6m² with garden furniture and the common swimming pool of the residence with its sports zone (tennis courts, petanque field, green spaces). A parking space in garage is at your disposal. For all stays of more than 2 weeks, must leave before 5 [hidden] the day before. Young group people under 23 years old are not accepted.
