Upstairs there is a covered terrace, a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, equipped with all the necessary for cooking, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and another one with bathtub.
The house has air conditioning in the upper flat: in the living-dining room and one of the bedrooms. It is located on a fenced plot and is only a few minutes drive from the main beaches and supermarkets.
