Lovely Villa, needs improving

The Air conditioning is only provided in one room to which a notice is put up to say excessive use of air con means extra charge, This is never mentioned when booking the villa and is almost impossible in 35°c + heat. We had a power cut on day 2 of being there, it took ages for anyone to answer to give us help. It went off throughout the day when no electrics were being used, when we came back to realise we had a power cut all of our food had gone off. Nobody came to help us for 2 hours. The fan provided in one of the rooms is disgusting, covered in dust and hardly works. The bed in one of the rooms is like laying on cardboard it is very poor quality. When we arrived there was a damp smell everywhere, the sponge we were provided to clean up with was mouldy, and all the cutlery was dirty and cutlery tray was covered in dirt. No bin bags are provided although we are instructed to take our own bins, No washing up liquid provided only 1 tiny bit with no refills. When we arrived the pool was covered in leaves and the sink downstairs was making noises and would not work the entire week. The sunloungers by the pool are disgusting. The taxi numbers provided in the book were all rude, couldn’t speak english at all and ended the phone on us multiple times. The dishwasher stunk really bad and the place provides no cups for drinks down by the pool as glass is not allowed. All in all we had a very nice week and enjoyed ourselves but as you can see there was a lot of things that let us down.

Goed geregeld en goede service

Na dat wij onze vlucht gemist hadden en zo n 8 uur later aankwamen dan verwacht hebben we het regelen van de sleutel en de borg allemaal per telefoon en email kunnen regelen. De service was goed en vrijwel zonder enige wacht tijd aan de telefoon werd alles door zeer vriendelijke medewerkers direct geregeld. De villa was mooi en alles netjes en schoon. Zeer mooie en rustige omgeving voor een relaxte vakantie.

Très bon accueil, en français, à l'agence. Maison très agréable, dans une impasse donc très calme. Plage et supermarché accessibles à pied. Juste un point négatif : une douche et des toilettes à proximité de la piscine auraient été un plus.
