Welcome to Riviera del Sol!

To reserve this property we require a minimum age of at least one guest to be 29 years or older and to accept all house rules. This is a beautiful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses.



This charming two bedroom apartment with stunning sea view is located in Riviera del Sol where you only have 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and fitness center, restaurants, shops and much more. The property provides two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan kitchen/living room with dining space for 4 people. Both of the bedrooms have wardrobes and double beds that are 160 cm wide. The apartment offers you a full equipped kitchen and a cozy terrace with dining funitures where you can enjoy the sea view. If you travel with children you can use the sofa bed in the living room. The size of the sofa bed is 140 cm and is intended for use by children up to 12 years.



The area has several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shops, everything within walking distance. Right by the beach you will find Reebok fitness gym where you also have the popular restaurant Max beach, a lovely dining place with stunning sea views and nice food. In this building you will also find Mao restaurant. If you like paddel you have Riviera 11 Sports club, only 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. This sports club provides gym and padel courts a skate ramp and a resturant.

This property is ideal for those who like to relax and enjoy the Spanish everyday [hidden]’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a family oriented and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the house and community rules. Parties are not allowed, nor playing music or making high noises with inappropriate volumes. Quiet hours are from 23.00-09.00
