Welcome to Señora de Aloha,

To reserve this property we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest to be 25 years or older and to accept all house rules.

Señora de Aloha is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00



But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this open and beautiful two bedrooms apartment that features a big terrace and combined kitchen and living area. It is distributed over two floors, with the master bedroom downstairs with its double bed, ensuite bathroom, fitted wardrobe and its terrace. The second bedroom you find on the first floor also with a double bed and with another bathroom next to it. The new kitchen is fully equipped and have its dishwasher, toasters, kettle and coffee machine, connected with the kitchen you have the living room with a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table that fits 4 persons and access to the terrace. On the terrace you find another dining table and a lounge group.

Nueva Andalucía and Puerto Banus its just a doorstep from this apartment. You can easily walk to restaurants and bars in the area, taxis and busses are just outside the door. A big supermarket (Mercadona) is just 200 meters from the building. The apartment has nice views and the complex has concierge, security cameras, pool and children pools, parking in the garage with an elevator that leads to the entrance door.

Pool: Seasonal opening for the pool area is from 15 of June to 15 of september. Opening hours for the pool area in this community is between 11:00-20:00.



Check-in after 21.00 will be organized as a self check-in.
