Modern and spacious three bedroom duplex in the popular urbanisation Aloha Pueblo in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella. The apartment is located a few steps away from several restaurants, night clubs, tennis courts and just a few minutes' drive from the famous Centro Plaza and Puerto Banus.
Puerto Banus has the reputation as a very trendy upmarket tourist resort which is less than an hour away by car from the nearest airport which is Malaga International.
This is one of the best places on the Costa del Sol where one can enjoy a buzzing nightlife scene and is only rivalled by the major nightlife. The picturesque town of Marbella is approximately 15 min away
On the first floor you will find the kitchen, living room and a the first terrace, that will lead to the very spacious roof terrace The living room has a TV with channels from all over the world. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay.
On the downstairs floor you will find 3 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms.
The complex has a community pool as well as a couple of restaurants and a pub.

Not only does this apartment offer great convenience, but our lock box system means that collection can take place from our office no matter how late your flight arrives, onwards from the check-in time.
