Welcome to penthouse Jardines De Guadaiza,

To reserve this property we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest to be 29 years or older and to accept all house rules.

This spacious two bedroom rooftop apartment is located in the newly built complex Jardines De Guadaiza in La Campana Nueva Andalucia. Its a a well maintained high standard and a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for [hidden] can easily walk to several restaurants, cafes and markets in the area. Gym, yoga and padel clubs just a block away from the apartment. Nueva Andalucia, the harbor Puerto Banus and San Pedro city are areas that are 5 minutes away with car from this complex. The apartment has nice views and the complex has, pool, parking in the garage with an elevator that leads to the entrance door.

The penthouse features a big terrace and combined kitchen and living area and 2 bathrooms. You have easy acces to the terrace from the living room and both bedrooms. Both of the bedrooms has double beds and fitted wardrobes the master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has the bathroom next to it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, toasters, kettle and coffee machine, the living room with has flat screen TV and fiber opic internet. Next to the kitchen there is a small laundry room whit washing machine. The terrace is equipped with dining table and a lounge group. On the same floor as the apartment you have the community pool and aswell a large lounge area.



This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00



Check-in after 21.00 will be organized as a self check-in.
