Aloha Pueblo is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The apartment has an open floor plan between kitchen and living room. It has one master bedroom with one kingsize bed (for 2 people) and one sleeping area with two single pull-out beds (for 2 people), this area can be covered with curtness for privacy. There is one bathroom.
It also has two own terraces. One covered on the lower floor with a lounge area and a roof terrace which is big as the whole apartment. The roof terrace has a lounge and dining area and has a generous space for 6 guests comfortably. It also has a retractable cover for shade that covers almost the full terrace. This makes the roof terrace like a living room under day time and in the evening it can be used under open sky. Which is very nice.
The urbanisation is not fenced in but has a security guard. Within the complex there are shops, bars and cafe. There is one communal pool which is just metres from the entrance from this apartment. Important to note is that there are steps to get to the apartment (also within the property to get to the roof terrace), so it may not be ideal for guests with reduced mobility. There is no private parking but guests can park within the complex in available parking spaces or on the street.
This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guests are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00. But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this very large and spacious open plan partially renovated with new appliances and furniture.
From Aloha Pueblo with car, it take 5 min to Puerto Banus and 10 min to Marbella centre. It is also short distance to Aloha Golf club, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos.
Check-in after 21.00 will be organized as a self check-in.
