Description of the accommodation

Bright and exceptionally located apartment, ideal to enjoy the historic center, in the heart of Malaga. It is located in a small street next to the famous Plaza de Uncibay, just 3 minutes' walk from the Picasso Museum. It has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living-dining room, and a pleasant patio. WIFI and free air conditioning/heating.



-Characteristic:

It has two large bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and window to the patio; and the secondary with two single beds. The living-dining room has a TV, dining table and a sofa. It is a spacious and very bright space that overlooks both the interior patio of the building and the pleasant private patio that the apartment has. There is a washing machine. The building has an elevator. It has hot/cold air conditioning.



–In the heart of Malaga:

It is a bright accommodation in the historic center of the city, one minute 1 minute walk from both Plaza de la Merced and Plaza de Uncibay; 3 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum, 2 from the Cervantes Theater, and only 5 minutes walk from the two main monuments of the city: La Alcazaba and the Cathedral. An ideal location to enjoy the downtown atmosphere, the shopping streets, the restaurants and the life of the most important streets of Malaga.

The apartment has all the comforts for the use of our guests: washing machine, TV, kettle, hair dryer, iron, baby cot, etc. Free WIFI, internet. It has hot/cold air conditioning.

-How to move:

It is exceptionally located, in the center of Malaga. It is one step away from all the monuments and museums. It is also close to supermarkets and fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to get to from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just a 12-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. Also the Malaga Centro-Alameda train station is about a 17-minute walk away, so you can quickly get to the airport.



-To consider:

This is a tourist accommodation that meets the Olédays EcoFriendly certification requirements, and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification.

IMPORTANT: The apartment is located in the historic center of the city, close to all the bars and nightclubs, so there may be noise

NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, although it is allowed in the private patio of the apartment.

CHECK IN: Check in: arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we make an effort to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.

PETS: pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the welfare of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged upon arrival for cleaning for each pet. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.

The appartment was silent allthough it was right in the middle of center. Everybody was very helpful especially in all our technical problems with electronic locks etc. We were very pleased with our stay.

A pleasure to stay here again - always look to see if it is available when I visit Malaga, usually it isn't available, but this time my luck was finally in, and I finally got to go back.Would definitely recommend (unless I'm going to be in Malaga that week ??)

Unfortunately this place was really run down and low quality and no way near worth the 160 for the night paid. I've stayed in quite few apartments in malaga at similar price that have been much higher quality. There wad some dirt the cleaners had missed like food crumbs in fridge, and hair in toothbrush holder and disgusting toilet brush but this wasn't the main issue. The bathroom tiles had been painted over to disguise old tiles but even then all the paint was flaking off and the Grout was brown and dirty. The wardrobe stank(they knew this s there was an old air freshener in it. The mattresses were really old and uncomfortable. The sofa looked very old The pillows smelt of damp.. Most furniture was peeling and torn. I could go on and on.. for 70 a night all in maybe... But for the price that was charged in October this was well below acceptable. They did offer to send a cleaner out and were very responsive but it can't detract from what an unpleasant stay it was.
