Bright and exceptionally located apartment, ideal to enjoy the historic center, in the heart of Malaga. It is located in a small street next to the famous Plaza de Uncibay, just 3 minutes' walk from the Picasso Museum. It has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living-dining room, and a pleasant patio. WIFI and free air conditioning/heating.

It has two large bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and window to the patio; and the secondary with two single beds. The living-dining room has a TV, dining table and a sofa. It is a spacious and very bright space that overlooks both the interior patio of the building and the pleasant private patio that the apartment has. There is a washing machine. The building has an elevator. It has hot/cold air conditioning.

It is a bright accommodation in the historic center of the city, one minute 1 minute walk from both Plaza de la Merced and Plaza de Uncibay; 3 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum, 2 from the Cervantes Theater, and only 5 minutes walk from the two main monuments of the city: La Alcazaba and the Cathedral. An ideal location to enjoy the downtown atmosphere, the shopping streets, the restaurants and the life of the most important streets of Malaga.

It is exceptionally located, in the center of Malaga. It is one step away from all the monuments and museums. It is also close to supermarkets and fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to get to from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just a 12-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. Also the Malaga Centro-Alameda train station is about a 17-minute walk away, so you can quickly get to the airport.



-To consider:

CHECK IN: Check in: arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we make an effort to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.

PETS: pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the welfare of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged upon arrival for cleaning for each pet. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.
