The apartment is in a 19th century building in the historic center and has been completely renovated, respecting the original elements. It is a very bright house, with beautiful wooden ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room. Free WIFI (high speed fiber optic, 1000 megabytes, 1GB) and smart TV. It also has hot/cold air conditioning throughout the house.

Two of the bedrooms have a comfortable extra-size double bed, superkind (180x200) and also have a dressing room; and the third of the bedrooms has two single beds (90x200) that can also be put together to become a double bed. The living-dining room has a smart TV and is open to four magnificent balconies that give it a lot of light. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, capsule coffee machine, kettle, and everything you need to cook. The whole house has hot/cold air conditioning. It is located in a historic building, on the first floor without a lift.

Nearby are also the most popular shopping streets, restaurants, taverns and cafes where life and the most genuine and cosmopolitan atmosphere take place in the center.

The Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is also about a 14-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano Station.
