The urbanization where it is located, called Cerrado de Calderón, has all kinds of services, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies, easy access from the highway and only 5 minutes away from the beach by car.

Regardless, it has a public bus stop at the main door of the Interpares complex that will allow you to visit the city center or go to the beach, without having to use your own vehicle.

It is the perfect place to enjoy a getaway in Malaga with family or friends, as well as to allocate your trip to teleworking, where a table and armchair to work in front of the sea, will make you do your work tasks, enjoy the more than 330 sunny days. For longer stays (more than 28 nights), the consumption of hot water, electricity and air conditioning, will have an included amount of a maximum of 100 euros per month. We have had another beautiful stay at Interpares in Málaga Este. Interpares is a very quiet place, but still with families. The people who lives there take care of the place. The flat through Del Parque Flats was very good and everything was according to the description :)

Hermoso apartamento con buenas vistas y entorno. Todo nuevo. Es un sitio inaccesible sin automovil. Por eso es poco entendible que no haya nada basico como sal o azucar. Ni que hablar de cortesía de haber agua o cápsulas de cafe de bienvenida.

We had a terrible experience staying at this property. From the moment we arrived, we were met with false accusations, rudeness, and aggression from the management team. Despite our repeated requests for assistance, we were ignored and abused. Our 1-year-old baby was even punished when the cot provided arrived late and without any bedding. We paid for a room with a double bed and two singles, but we were met with four singles instead, forcing my wife and me to sleep in separate beds. The management team made false claims and charged us extra fees for services that were not provided. We were deeply disappointed with our stay and believe that there was a lack of duty of care from the management team.
