Beautiful and very bright, with an unbeatable location to enjoy the historic center, in the heart of Malaga. The Picasso Museum is just a 5-minute walk away and the Thyssen Museum is 3 minutes away. It has two beautiful balconies facing a pedestrian street, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room. Free WIFI. It also has hot/cold air conditioning.

It has two bedrooms, one inside, with a double bed and the other outside, with two single beds and a beautiful glass-enclosed balcony. IMPORTANT: The bedroom facing the interior patio is very quiet, without noise. But the bedroom whose windows face the street is noisy, especially on weekends and holidays. The living-dining room has a sofa-bed. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. The building has an elevator. Free WIFI.

It is easy to get to from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just an 8-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. The Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is also about a 14-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano Station.

PETS: they are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage that may be caused. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged for each pet for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning to avoid harming guests allergic to dog or cat hair. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.

CHECK IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we make an effort to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.
