Wonderful penthouse with high ceilings, located in the historic center of the city, in a 19th century building. Very bright and fully equipped. The old wooden, sloping ceilings give it great charm. The terrace has views of the center, starring the tower of the Cathedral. It has been completely renovated recently, with great respect for the old building, preserving all its charm and attractiveness. It has free WIFI, smart TV, washing machine, air conditioning/heating, oven, and all the comforts.

The living room is very bright, and has a beautiful wooden sloping ceiling with a picturesque mezzanine, through which you access the terrace. It has two bright rooms with exterior balconies, both with a comfortable double bed (one of the double beds is King size). All rooms in the house have exterior windows, so it is very bright. It is located on the third floor of a 19th century building, so it does not have an elevator.

The kitchen is fully equipped, it has an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook.

Nearby are all kinds of supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

The penthouse is one step away from all the most popular monuments, museums, and places in the historic center of Malaga. It is very easy to get there from the airport by public transport and from the central bus and train stations.

PETS: Dogs are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged upon arrival for cleaning for each dog. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.
