Description of the accommodation

Nice apartment with a sunny patio, exceptionally located, ideal to enjoy the historic center, in the heart of Malaga, but without being bothered by noise. It is located in a small area near the famous Plaza de la Merced, where Picasso's birthplace is located, just 3 minutes' walk from the Picasso Museum. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living-dining room, and a pleasant patio. WIFI and free air conditioning/heating.



–Characteristic:

It has two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with a window to a quiet pedestrian street. The living-dining room has a fully equipped kitchen, TV and dining table. It is a spacious and very bright space that overlooks the pleasant private patio that the apartment has. There is a washing machine. It has hot/cold air conditioning in the living room.



–In the neighborhood of Picasso:

Located in a popular nineteenth-century building in Malaga, protected for its architectural and historical values. It is a bright and quiet apartment in the historic center of the city, one minute 1 minute walk from both the Plaza de la Merced; 3 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum, 2 from the Cervantes Theater, and only 5 minutes walk from the two main monuments of the city: La Alcazaba and the Cathedral. An ideal location to enjoy the downtown atmosphere, the shopping streets, the restaurants and the life of the most important streets of Malaga.

The apartment has all the comforts for the use of our guests: washing machine, TV, kettle, hair dryer, iron, baby cot, etc. Free WIFI, internet. It has hot/cold air conditioning.

–How to move:

It is exceptionally located, in the center of Malaga. It is one step away from all the monuments and museums. It is also close to supermarkets and fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to get to from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just a 12-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. Also the Malaga Centro-Alameda train station is about a 17-minute walk away, so you can quickly get to the airport.



–To consider:

NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, although it is allowed in the private patio of the apartment.

CHECK IN: arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we make an effort to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.

PETS: pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the welfare of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged upon arrival for cleaning for each pet. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.

The absolute winner here is LOCATION! You are immediately in the thick of things with NO driving or public transport needed.Apartment is well equipped and you want for nothing.Some reviews mention noise and disturbance. There is some but it's really not an issue. We had no pigeon problems at all. Main bed not the greatest (comfort-wise), but for a short trip, it's not really a problem.As a young family of 4, we would 100% return here if / when we visit Malaga again.Enjoy!

Fantastic apartment and location. The apartment is small but had everything we needed for a long weekend. The location is also perfect - within very short walking distance to the old town and the beach. There was a problem with the front door after we arrived, but they responded immediately, fixed the door while we were out, and met us in town to hand us the key and were really friendly - so communication was fantastic. Thank you. My only negative comment is that because the apartment is on the ground floor and bedrooms face the small lane, we could hear a lot of noise from some party goers returning home in the early hours of the morning. Overall it was a good experience.

Fin beliggenhet med kort vei til Malaga perler. Fin og nyoppusset leilighet. Det er første etasje mot gate, så det var litt nattestøy

Prachtig, ruim verblijf op een fijne, beloopbare afstand van alle highlights van Málaga. Verblijf is ruim, schoon en goed voorzien met onder andere vaatwastabletten en extra toiletrollen en vuilniszakken. Zoals in meerdere recensies te lezen valt, hoor je inderdaad de straat, maar wij hebben daar zelf weinig last van gehad. Dat komt ook omdat je niet aan een doorlopende straat zit. Je hebt dus enkel af en toe een luidruchtige voetganger. Al met al zeker een aanrader!
