Finca Timanfaya: Luxurious Retreat with Pool and Gardens in Llucmajor, Mallorca

Finca Timanfaya is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. The house is in Llucmayor, just 850 meters from the town. Located in a privileged environment, it is surrounded by large rustic gardens. The total extension of the farm covers 14,200 meters. The property grounds are completely fenced and it is ideal for families with children.

In the garden near the house, sheltred from the sun by a porch, we find the barbecue and summer dining areas.

The pool is in a somewhat more private area of ​​the garden. It is about 19m2 and it is shallow (110cm deep). There are hammocks and an outdoor shower. Near the pool there is a children's play area with a sandpit.

The house is spacious and bright. The living room communicates with the dining area and kitchen. It has a total of 4 double rooms, all of them with views of the gardens. 3 of the rooms have a double bed and 1 has 2 single beds. In the house there are a total of 3 full bathrooms, one of them en suite.

There is air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms. The house has central [hidden] laundry area is at the back of the house and is accessed from the outside.

There are geese in a delimited area of ​​the garden, so they will not come into contact with guests. The gardener is in charge of providing them with water and grain.

Important: the rental price includes 150kw/h per week. This amount is enough for your vacation and corresponds to a normal use for 8 people, including a reasonable time of use of the air conditioning. Excess consumption above 150kw/h will be charged at a rate of €0.20 per kw/h. Tourist tax is not included in the price, and will be charged at 2,2€ per adult and per night.Parties are not allowed. Please be aware that we will not accept reservations of groups of people under 21 years of age.

Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
