"Jolie Maison de Campagne Familiale avec Piscine Privée à Llucmajor, Proche Plages"

Wir waren sechs Jungs, 28-42 Jahre alt und haben die Finca für 5 Tage gebucht. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass ich schon die ein oder andere Finca auf Mallorca gemietet habe. Ich war vor der Buchung schon erstaunt, dass mich die Firma Fincalorca kontaktiert hat, obwohl ich über airbnb gebucht habe. Also unser Vermieter war eine Agentur, außer eine Broschüre mit dem ein oder anderen Tipp gab es also nicht als Benefit. Wir waren zufrieden, es war sauber und auch ähnlich wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Was ich nun aber nicht verstehe ist, was soll das Hühnergehäge mit 20 Tauben und fünf Hähnen auf dem Grundstück, außer maximalen Lärm zu jeder Zeit hat uns das nichts gebracht. Eier haben sie natürlich auch nicht gelegt, da keine Henne dabei war. Auch unangekündigter Besuch war vor Ort, das geht meines Erachtens gar nicht. Außerdem wurden wir dermaßen von Moskitos aufgefressen, dafür kann aber der Eigentümer und die Finca nichts. In das ein oder andere kann auch investiert werden.

The house was amazing and just what we needed with the 2 dogs and the need for isolation. Smaal details obviously, light bulbs that don't work, small things that needed a check-up but we were very happy with the place !It's the second time ever we did not see anyone to greet or salute us and it feels really strange to us. There is so much stuff to explain face to face if you want to deal with a property which is not yours properly... The feedback by email was very good and fast but still... kindo weird if you are dealing with these amounts. The 1st time ever was the 1st week in Mallorca btw... Good news, this place is top !

It is an authentic Mallorcan rustic house, located in a very quiet environment. We really enjoyed the large pool. The town of Llucmajor is less than 10 km away, where you will find everything you need: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. The agency was very attentive, they left us a welcome pack with Majorcan products. We definitely recommend Cas Retat Paris.

The Finca is a beautiful period building which has been tastefully renovated with all the mod cons, including Wifi. The setting, 7 mins drive from Llucmajor, is peaceful and serene, with the constant sound of birds (and chickens), sorrounded by fruit trees and arable land. The lemon tree in front is a plus! The swimming pool was also a great bonus! My only caution to future guests is that the top of the stairs could be problematic for more unstable guests. We Would definitely return!

We very much enjoyed our two weeks here, just outside Llucmajor. Our first time in this area, we were in easy reach of the airport which made arrivals and departure super easy and - much to our children’s absolute delight - we were less than 15 minutes to Aqualand! A pretty little finca (many of it’s beautiful old agricultural features remaining) with spacious bedrooms and a lovely pool. An ideal pool for v small children - gentle steps into the water and a wide ledge going across one end, offering a shallow area for toddlers to play or the perfect cooling reading bench!V quiet and peaceful, no neighbours for our children to disturb but restaurants & supermarket less then 10 minutes away.Lovely shaded outdoor eating area with a big table and plenty of chairs.Inside is clean and very simple but ideal for a family holiday. One stair gate included for families with very small children as the top of the stairs has an unusual and steep configuration.No A/C, only fans
