Description of the accommodation

Fantastic finca with accommodation for 6 people, 250 m2 of constructed area and more than 70.000 m2 of rustic property. Private swimming pool of 7x4 m. The house is newly restored and situated on a rustic plot of land of a size equivalent to more than 100 football fields, all in a beautiful location in full contact with nature. On the farm there are sheep, horses and a wide variety of birds, many of which are migratory and can be seen at various times throughout the year.

The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds with ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms; 2 full bathrooms, 1 large living room on the ground floor and an additional living room. Cot and high chair available at no extra cost. There is a fully furnished kitchen with complete cutlery, oven and microwave; the house also has WIFI, A/C, TV, satellite and a barbecue. It is worth mentioning a museum space dedicated to the conservation of tools and objects of the oldest rural tradition of [hidden] house is located less than 10 minutes by car from the beautiful village of Llucmajor, whose historical center is recommended to visit: the Fish Market, the monument to King Jaime III, who died at the Battle of Llucmajor, and classic restaurants and bars as the Café Colón, restaurant Bistro Mercat and restaurant Es Caliuet.

The market is held every Friday and it is worth visiting, since the different stalls of fruits, vegetables, clothes, etc. they animate the life of the town a lot. Note the Church of Sant Miquel, the largest in Mallorca, after the Cathedral of Palma.

One of the best beaches in the world, Es Trenc, is only 20 minutes away by car. From there you can visit the island of Cabrera or other beautiful beaches such as Colonia de Sant Jordi, Ses Covetes and Cala Pi.

For golf enthusiasts, 10 minutes by car we reach the fields of Son Antem and Maioris.

The airport is 18 km away and the capital, Palma, is 21 km away.

Son Verí is a large house, with a large pool, on a large property, where you can feel peace and tranquility. The agency was attentive to our needs at any time. It is a perfect place to live an authentic experience in a Mallorcan villa.

A stunning villa in a quiet, remote location. The villa is very well equipped, and the best part is the swimming pool which is soaked in the sun until late in the evening. We would recommend the house and come back. Note that the internet is very poor and unstable, and there is very limited reception as the area is remote. We weren't able to work and had to either go on top of the roof or drive to a nearby town to get a connection. The owner was responsive and addressed the issue, however, it only helped partially. Also note that the house is not fully private; there were some works carried out in the garden nearby. We didn't mind but would prefer to be informed. The setting is stunning, very remote and quiet, perfect for reading books and relaxing.

we had a lovely stay at this Finca - it is beautiful, charming and peaceful. the host was amazing. it is approx 10 min drive from the closest town. you must do your own garbage and recycling nearby. the finca does not have a stove, it has a charcoal wood burning grill outside to cook on. you can buy charcoal at the gas station very close by. you must stock your own coffee, condiments, toilet paper. the bathrooms are modern and really nice and water pressure and heat is great. it's a beautiful old fashioned finca with some modern updates and very comfortable. we really enjoyed our stay and the pool/outdoor area and location.

It’s the attention to details that distinguish good properties from great ones. Everything has been thought of for the guest to have a very comfortable and relaxing time, free of any worries. The vast country home is about 1 km from the road on a huge estate. Tastefully decorated with some lovely furniture. Spacious bedrooms. 2 large renovated bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped. The pool is superb. We had an electrical issue, which the rental agency and property owner quickly took action to rectify. The internet’s signal was a little slow, however for us this wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend and would return without hesitation. Lydia & Pasquale, Canada.
