The area is rural and quiet, no noise from the vehicles. Outside there is a fantastic rustic shallow pool and a large garden with cypresses and fruit trees (orange, lemons, figs). It also has several rest areas with sun beds and umbrellas. There is also a playground for children, badminton, a pool table and a barbecue for outdoor cooking. There is WIFI and satellite TV. Cot and high chair for free.

Casa Julia farm is located in a rural and very quiet area. Ideal for families.

The measurements of the pool are 1.65m high and the surface is 3x5 meters.

Pets Allowed upon request. Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.22 per kw/h. All our houses are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check in. Courtesy hydrogel available to our customers.

The house is located 5 kms from Llucmajor, a typical Mallorcan town that is 25 kms from Palma and 15 kms from the wonderful southern beaches (Sa Rapita, Es Trenc, Colònia de Sant Jordi, etc.).
