Comfortable 4 bedroom house with private swimming-pool located in a very quiet area 10km from Lloret de Mar and its stunning beaches.
This house, sleeping 9 people is built over 2 floors dived into two independent apartments with 1.700m2 land around the 120m2 house.
The apartment on the ground floor has a large dining room with fireplace, tv and access to a shady and pleasant terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and washing-machine), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (135x190cm), 1 triple bedroom (bunk beds + 1 single bed (90x190cm)) and 1 bathroom with shower.
The apartment on the first floor has a large living room with tv and access to a pleasant terrace with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing-machine and dishwasher, 2 bedroom with 1 double bed (135cmx190) and 1 bathroom with shower.
This house has a pleasant outdoor area with private swimming-pool, a built in barbecue, a shady terrace and parking.
Groups of young people not allowed
This property is only rented to families. Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Pets accepted only on request and with supplement.

- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and
8 euros/person/towels.

- Wifi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to pay on arrival

- Cot and highchair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/highchair

A notre arrivée maison ouverte, ménage non fait ou très mal fait. Nous avons été obligés de faire une machine pour lavers les housses du canapé extérieur, les dessus de lit qui présentaient de multiples tâches. Manque de vaisselle mais après un message à l agence locale problème réglé dans l heure. Pas de balai pour ménage quotidien Enfin présence d un chaton à notre arrivée qui est resté tout le séjour et impossible de l empêcher de rentrer dans la maison, aucune solution de l agence locale. Malgré tout cela séjour agréable.

Maison et jardins très beaux avec vu superbe sur les hauteurs. je mets un bémol car la maison accepte les chiens mais sur les 2 portails il y a des jours où un chien de 10 peut passer (donc à savoir si vous le laissez seul)nous,on a bricolé avec des pierres pour boucher. la piscine est très agréable sans aucun vis à vis.Beaucoup de chiens chez les voisins(donc un peu d'aboiements), l'agence de lloret n'est pas très agréable et vous laisse un peu vous débrouillez tout seul, le chemin indiqué pour arriver à la maison est caillouteux alors qu'il y en a un plus loin super que nous avons trouver par nous même car jamais proposer. Autrement l'ensemble nous a ravi

"1er étage de la maison nickel,materiel nickel.""rdc"" ok mais materiel plus vétuste ou ne fonctionnant pas(four, hifi...)quartier tranquille un peu en retrait de la ville et agréable,jolie piscine,pas grand chose a voir à Lloret ni a Blanes mais Tossa à visiter,les plages sont très propres et l'eau limpide."
