It consists of a living room with tv and sofa bed for 2, with direct access to a large terrace of 38m2 where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts in the sun, a kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine), 1 double bedroom (150x190cm ), 1bedroom with 2 single beds (80x180cm) and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Reservations for people under 35 years of age are not allowed. Pets are allowed on request and with supplement.
The apartment is in Lloret de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava!

il serait temps de changer les jetés de canapé qui sont sales et dégagent une mauvaise odeur. Une clim en place qui ne fonctionne pas ... dommage! l'appartement est spacieux mais il y fait très chaud!

Grand appartement propre et plutôt bien équipé. Il manque toutefois un lave vaisselle ,un nécessaire de ménage quotidien (balai,pelle...) Gros bémol sur la magnifique terrasse qui semble un peu vide et est quasi inaccessible en été sans parasol ni store. Literie sommaire,manque de rangement dans la salle de bain. Ensemble de la résidence bruyant du fait qu'elle donne sur deux autres cours intérieures de résidence avec piscine. Climatisation hors service. Point positif emplacement et parking,impossible de stationner à l'extérieur en été.

manque de vaisselles, de transat pour la terrasse, d'un barbecue ou plancha. Maison dont quelques réparations demandent a être faites. Voisin du dessus très bruyant dès 6 h du matin. Sinon appartement bien situé, agréable.

Bel appartement spacieux, agréable à vivre. Dommage quil n'y ait pas de store pour la terrasse! La vaisselle est insuffisante. Et les canapés vraiment pas propres. Pas de clim non plus! Sinon super vacances!!!!
