meters from the main beach of Lloret de mar. Villa Dolcedo is a modern villa
with private swimming pool, with a lot of privacy and incredible sea views. It
has a surface of 148 m2 distributed in living-dining room, open plan kitchen, 4
bedrooms, 1 toilet and 2 bathrooms. Villa Dolcedo is distributed in 2 floors
connected by an internal staircase, on the first floor we find: open plan fully
equipped kitchen with an exit to a beautiful terrace with views to the sea and
the pool area, living room with fireplace and dining area and 1 toilet, on the
ground floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Villa Dolcedo
has central heating and free internet, the pool area is well equipped with sun
loungers and parasols to enjoy a unique holiday with your family or friends,
Villa Dolcedo does not accept groups of young people under 25 years of age.
This holiday home is very suitable for families or groups of friends because of
its distance to the centre. Leaving the centre of Lloret de Mar you will find
the mountains of Roca Grossa directly in front of you. It is an ideal distance
to Lloret de Mar and is a very quiet residential area. It has breathtaking
views of the green mountains of Lloret de Mar and, of course, of the
Mediterranean Sea. At the foot of the neighbourhood you will find a large
supermarket and the atmosphere of the centre of Lloret de Mar and the sandy
beach, where there is always something to do.
